Shop Opening - Now 10-12 until the end of September
As normal the shop will open from 10 on Saturdays from this week to reflect Autumn approaching.
The rota is full except for Saturday 23rd where we need both a Key holder and helper – this is your last chance of the year so first come first served!
As always, give Sally a call if you can help – 07810430146.
Seed Catalogues and Seed Sale – 50% Off!
We are selling off the remaining seed stock we have from Kings at 50% of marked price. Most of the packets are sow by 2019 so should be viable next year. For details of prices and varieties take a look at the web page, most are in stock although there are only a few packets of many varieties. If you have any comments on the range we stock please pass these on to any members of the committee you see in the shop – good or bad – to help us for next year.
Seed Catalogues are now available from the shop with our paper order form.
If you requested a catalogue when you completed a membership form, this should arrive by post in the next week or so from Kings.
As last year, the easiest way to order seeds is to log onto their web site and use their online form where you will then be given 30% discount when you come to the checkout stage – you must use the link on our web page to obtain this.
If you prefer to order using a paper form then please complete one of ours in with the catalogue and return it toe the shop before we close or next February onwards or bring it along to the AGM. Please pay at the time you leave the form and seeds will be delivered to your home address.
Steve’s Exotic Garden
We publicised this event last month and thought you would be interested in the feedback from the owners. They raised over £1000 for local Charites on the day and Gardeners’ World came along to do an article with Adam Frost which is due to be aired on 8th September.
If you missed the chance to visit maybe take a look on TV and thanks to anyone who visited.
Enjoy the last few weeks of this years’ gardening and see you at the AGM – Saturday 25th November.
